This motorcycle, in considerably more complete condition, was stolen out of my driveway in Pompano Beach FL 6 or 7 months back. I’ll try and throw some pics up here if/when I can find them.

Every once in a blue moon you have one that is a ‘keeper’ no matter what.  This one was, until some one took it.

A LITTLE MORE DONE…

After a minor setback created by my own idiocy (is there any other kind?) work has recommenced on the BOTM. Finally decided to go with the Taylormade Racing Exhaust, and was extremely satisfied ALL the way around. I was warned by another dealer that Taylormade, while a great product, had some production and delivery issues that might mean a long wait. It didn’t. They are friendly, fast, and have a very well engineered product. I also took advantage of the downtime to throw a set of Vortex rearsets on. Actually, I had Leonard install them. Nic and Leonard tag-teamed the pipe. What do you think?

slowly but surely…

Stripped the bug-eye mirror/turnsignal combo off the front. Bike looks better already. Took it for a ride up the coast last night for some dinner (with Mother on the back) and was astonished at how welll mannered it was. This week I’ll have the “Warning–this motorcycle may kill you” stickers off it, and hopefully come to some sort of conclusion over the wheels and exhaust.
