This whole car thing is really not working out. How do people actually do this? 3 weeks in a car has been a continuous lesson in unqualified failure. I have spilled at least a gallon of coffee on my body…out of sheer boredom…just for something to do! You have to work with what you have on hand, right? Fortunately I don’t keep a handgun in the glove box. I probably wouldn’t be writing this. The good news? The Doctor, when I saw him this week and relayed my distress about being stuck in a car, told me “don’t worry, in two more weeks you’ll be able to drive again!” I have been driving ever since I did this…I don’t want to drive! I want my bike back! I can’t take much more of this. I am thinking that it is time to break out something nice and light, like the Supermoto, and when he says I can drive, I’ll be riding. Screw this car thing. It might slow the healing on the shoulder, but it least it’ll give my coffee burn wounds time to scab over!
